Sage Support Consultant
Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Helpdesk professional to join our small, close-knit team. You’ll have excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact confidently with customers at all levels and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
The role involves supporting Sage 200 Financials and Commercials, as well as third-party add-ons like Sicon, Eureka, and Draycir. You’ll need to be a strong problem-solver with great organisational skills. As this is a home-based position, you must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Requirements & Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our customers, logging cases in Sage CRM and working through to resolution. You will collaborate with third-party providers as needed, and report directly to the Support Team Leader.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years supporting Sage customers.
Sage 200 accreditation in both Financials & Commercials.
Advantageous Experience:
Familiarity with ISV providers, particularly Sicon add-ons such as Approvals, Manufacturing, Barcoding, and Warehousing.
Experience with Spindle DMS, Eureka, SQL, and Power BI.

Sage 200 Consultant

We’re looking for an accredited, experienced Sage 200/Sicon consultant to join our small, collaborative team. You should have excellent communication skills, able to engage with customers at all levels and work closely with colleagues across various departments.
Experience with third-party add-ons like Eureka and Draycir is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, highly organized, and self-motivated. As this is a home-based role with occasional on-site visits to customers, the ability to work independently is key.Requirements & Responsibilities
As a Sage 200/Sicon consultant, you will be responsible for implementing solutions from start to finish. This includes system configuration, data conversions/migrations, end-user training, and report design, as well as collaborating with third-party providers when necessary.
Reporting to: Professional Services Manager
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing Sage 200 and Sicon products.
Sage 200 Financials and Commercials accreditation.
Experience with Sicon Manufacturing, Barcoding & Warehousing, and WAP modules.
Advantageous Experience:
Experience with ISVs and other tools such as Spindle DMS, Eureka, SQL, and Power BI.
