Sage has made the decision to withdraw support for Sage 1000 and Line 500 – this will be a gradual process and Technology Partners are here to support you through this transition. Whether that’s supporting your current solution or reviewing alternative options that better suit your business needs, we’re here to help with Sage 1000 end of life.
It’s time to start planning your migration to a new solution and our team will help you decide which is the right soution. Our aim is to make the transition as easy as possible for you.
What the withdrawal of support means to you
- Sage will no longer provide updates to the solution for any legislative changes
- Customers are no longer able to purchase additional modules for their Sage 1000 or Line 500 solution
- No further patches will be made available for defect fixes
- Sage will provide extended support until the beginning of January 2025.
We know how important your system is to your business and we’re continuing to provide our usual services for your Sage 1000 solution and can offer reasonable endeavours support for customers using Sage 1000 and Line 500 until 2029.
