Implementation

The business analysis stage will determine the type of implementation you require. Broadly speaking, there are two types of implementation:

(a) A template-based, rapid delivery implementation(b) Bespoke, development based implementation

Rapid delivery

For businesses with a fairly standard set up requirements, TPL can deliver a rapid implementation using configurations ‘out of the box’. It is a great starting point for SMEs to get up and running quickly, learn the systems and consider what further integration or functionality is needed. Training

Technology Partners have experienced staff with 20+ years working with ERP, CRM and business software systems. We have implemented and supported these systems for hundreds of UK SME’s and many mid to large enterprises and subsidiaries of the larger multinationals in a group-wide environment both in the UK and internationally.

Depending on the nature of the solution and complexity, flexible training packages can be agreed in advance. Training can be carried out via web, at our office in Slough or at your location. The training is specific to your solution and staffing structure.

We also provide standard classroom and web-based training on all modules and add-ons, this more applicable for new members of staff, or members who need top-up training.

Support

Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 support team is manned by senior consultants who investigate and provide solutions to all reported software problems and respond to general software questions and enquiries. This service is available between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm excluding weekends and UK public holidays and can be contacted via telephone, email or fax. Out-of-hours’ support is available at an extra cost and can be organized through your account manager to cover for staff shortages, weekend work and for overseas offices to cater for time differences.

The support team uses Dynamics 365 Sage CRM call logging system to log all calls, allowing them to maintain total control on all incoming calls via phone or web. The support team also has direct internet access to all our client sites worldwide using our support software tool Team Viewer or GoToMyPC.

Annual system audits are carried out to ensure that all clients are using the appropriate version of the software and are using it correctly so that they are getting optimum usage from the system thereby giving them maximum return on their investment.

The Technology Partners Managed Telephone/Remote Support Contract is broken down into 30-minute segments. You use this time for whatever you require, so either support related items and/or if you require consultancy on items like training, reporting or document design.
