Job title: Sage Support Consultant
Job description
An experienced Helpdesk person working within a small team. You will have excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels, as well as with your peers across various departments.
Covering Sage 200 Financials and Commercials with experience of third-party add-ons such as Sicon, Eureka and Draycir.
The candidate will need to be a good problem-solver and organised. The role is home based so will need to be extremely self-motivated.
Requirements & responsibilities
Providing total support for our customers. Logging cases on Sage CRM and working through to resolution. Working with third party providers where necessary. Reporting to: Support Team Leader.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years supporting Sage customers. Sage 200 accreditation in both Financials & Commercials. Advantageous Experience: ISV providers, including Sicon add-ons in particular Approvals, Manufacturing, Barcoding and Warehousing, Spindle DMS, Eureka, SQL knowledge and Power BI.
Training opportunities will be provided where needed to further develop skills and opportunities to become involved in other SAAS/Cloud solutions such as Sage Intaact.

- An accredited experienced Sage 200/Sicon consultant working within a small team. Should have excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels, as well as with your peers across various departments
- Experience of third party add-ons such as Eureka and Draycir
- The candidate will need to be a good problem-solver and well organised.
- The role is home based with on-site visits to customers as required so will need to be extremely self-motivated
Requirements & responsibilities
- Implementing Sage 200/Sicon from start to finish. This will include system configuration, data conversions/migrations, end user training, report design. Working with third party providers where necessary
- Reporting to: Professional Services Manager
- Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years implementing Sage 200 and Sicon products. Sage 200 Financials and Commercials accreditation.
- Experience implementing Sicon Manufacturing, Barcoding & Warehousing, WAP modules
- Advantageous Experience: ISV and other experience that would be advantageous, including Spindle DMS, Eureka, SQL knowledge, and Power BI.
