Job title: Sage Support Consultant

Job description

  • An experienced Helpdesk person working within a small team. Should have excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels, as well as with your peers across various departments.
  • Covering mainly Sage 200 but will also need Sage 1000 experience for a number of 1000 customers.
  • Experience of third party add-ons such as Sicon, Eureka and Draycir
  • The candidate will need to be a good problem-solver and organised.
  • The role is home-based so will need to be extremely self-motivated


  • Responsibilities: Providing total support for our customers. Logging cases on Sage CRM and working through to resolution. Working with third party providers where necessary
  • Reporting to: Support Team Leader
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years supporting Sage customers. Good working knowledge of Sage 200 Pro, Standard, Sage 1000.
  • Advantageous Experience: ISV and other experience that would be advantageous, including Sicon add-ons, Spindle DMS, Eureka, SQL knowledge, Sicon Manufacturing and Power BI.
